An innovative Out-of-Home (OOH) campaign has been launched by HDFC ERGO General Insurance in collaboration with Posterscope India, which aims to strengthen the brand image by long-term commuters of Mumbai over the course of their daily travel. The initiative converts the everyday travel touches into high-performance touchpoints, which help to bring out the key values of HDFC ERGO, which are security, trust, and presence, and makes the brand speak at the times and situations when it matters most.

Implemented by Posterscope India, the OOH agency under dentsu, the campaign makes strategic use of premium locations where there is a high level of office goer traffic and a long dwell time. Airport Road Metro Station has been chosen as the main canvas and is providing HDFC ERGO with a chance to put up a long-term and steady presence before thousands of daily commuters.

The bus queue shelters surrounding the metro station have been turned into immersive brand experiences, as part of the activation. This repetition of interaction is more than a passing look, which forms daily reinforcement that enhances brand memory and transforms otherwise mundane waiting areas into unique brand experiences.

On the campaign, Imtiyaz Vilatra, CEO of Posterscope India stated,

like being where people are, every single day. Branding the Airport Road Metro Station is not about size, it is about relationship. In the following three years, HDFC ERGO will be accompanying commuters; it will become a well-known and relied upon part of their time on the road.
