Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and versatile Founders Office Associate. This role serves as a strategic liaison between the founders and key operational teams including Marketing, HR, and Accounts.

Roles & responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to founders on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and analysis
  • Research market trends, competitor analysis, and business opportunities
  • Optimize the Founder’s time by managing calendar, meetings, and internal/external communications.
  • Facilitate communication between founders and marketing, HR team & Accounts & finance team.
  • Support brand positioning and promotional activities
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Serve as primary point of contact between founders and internal teams
  • Coordinate with external partners, clients, and stakeholders as needed
  • Facilitate effective information flow across departments
  • Key skills required
  • Master’s or a Post graduate degree
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and AI tools
