Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead end-to-end social media initiatives for clients. This role involves driving strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, approving content, and mentoring the social media team. The ideal candidate will track and optimize performance, deliver insights, stay ahead of trends, and ensure impactful results across paid and organic campaigns—ultimately driving engagement, leads, and conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive social media strategy for clients.
  • Align with creative, media, and strategy teams for cohesive delivery.
  • Ensure alignment with brand goals and campaign objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the social media team.
  • Approve content calendars and creative concepts.
  • Track, analyse, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Present actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and integrate into campaigns.
  • Test and scale new formats and approaches.

  • Deliver measurable outcomes (engagement, leads, conversions).
  • Key Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ year of experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
