We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to design and optimize prompts, automate workflows, and drive AI adoption across teams. This role focuses on enhancing AI tool performance, training teams, and continuously introducing innovative AI solutions to improve efficiency and impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts to maximize AI tool performance across departments
- Build and deploy AI-driven workflows to automate tasks and boost team efficiency
- Train and support teams on best practices for using AI in daily operations
- Research and introduce new AI tools and innovations to the organization
- Monitor AI solutions' effectiveness and continuously improve them
- Expertise in crafting and refining AI prompts
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and training skills
- Familiarity with scripting or low-code tools (preferred)
- Continuous learning and innovation mindset
- Cross-functional collaboration
