Canva Launches Dil Se, Design Tak - Second Edition

New Delhi, August 26, 2025, Canva, the one stop visual communication platform, has launched the second version of its leading Indian campaign, Dil Se, Design Tak, honoring the different ways people get creative in the country.

After last year's successful launch, the new campaign comes back with rich, emotive storytelling, culturally authentic tales, and a strong message, everyone can design.

The campaign's anchor is the life of Aaliya, a main character juggling family and work. We catch glimpses of her father, Jaadu Dadu, in the first film, played by accomplished actor Dalip Tahil, whose enchanting performances fail to bridge the emotional distance at home. It's Aaliya's daughter, Drishti, who uses Canva to create an endearing poster, bringing connection and warmth back into the family.

The second movie, to be out soon, delves into intergenerational relationships in the workplace. Aaliya, who is now a millennial manager, confronts Gen Z co-worker Sia, until creativity using Canva aids them in connecting.

Canva revives its collaboration with OML Entertainment to distribute these films, supported by short-form commercials that feature the same beloved characters. This iteration extends its presence with multilingual material in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, and Bengali, further asserting Canva's drive towards inclusive narratives.

Highlighting Canva's AI-powered Visual Suite 2.0, the campaign unveils Magic Design, Magic Media, and Background Remover as enablers of self-expression and co creation.

With 666 million designs made in India in 2024, Canva goes on to empower users, from students and educators to professionals and artists, showing the world that effective design really begins in the heart.
