Adani rolls out TVC ad campaign highlighting human touch at its airports

Adani Group has flagged off its new TVC ad campaign, Aapke Safar Ke Humsafar, which is part of the ongoing #HumKarkeDikhateHain communication platform. This campaign is now emphasizing the people-first telling of stories. Animated by Ogilvy India and directed by Shoojit Sircar, the film emphasizes the airport service interactions and how they not only shape the traveller's journey but also one's perception of the airline. The campaign becomes more important as it was the last project under the guidance of the renowned Piyush Pandey whose influence is mentioned in the entire communication.

Passing through an Adani Airport, the story focusses an aged couple who are about to take their first international flight. Their doubt starts when they lose a handwritten note that was supposed to help them through the airport. Seeing their problem, a gentle airport employee comes to their rescue and guides them through various touchpoints, from check-in, and shopping areas, to waiting lounges, and finally the boarding gate. Throughout this journey, the film illustrates the point that good and attentive service together with human connection can change travel to an easy and a comforting experience.
