Job Summary
The Operations Executive will ensure flawless campaign execution, efficient vendor coordination, timely installations, providing a detailed comprehensive report and maintaining high standards of site maintenance and quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute advertising campaigns precisely as per plan, ensuring correct site, format, and compliance with planned timelines.
Ensure valid pre- and post-installation proof of execution (POE) is collected for all sites, including photos and GPS logs.
Monitor installations, ensuring completion within committed deadlines and actively resolving any delays.
Conduct ongoing quality checks at live sites to maintain high standards of printing, lighting, and visibility.
Prepare, review, and submit timely and accurate daily/weekly reports and campaign documentation.
Key Skills Required
Expertise in vendor management, site checks, and real-time operational troubleshooting.
Accuracy and detail orientation in maintaining proof of execution and site documents.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools.
