Job Summary
We are looking for a GTM & Growth Executive with a strong interest in GTM technologies, automation, and lead generation. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, preferably in MERN/full-stack development, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Work on GTM technologies and tools for lead generation and business growth.
• Set up and manage cold email campaigns, outreach systems, and email automation.
• Work with intent-based signals to identify and target potential leads.
• Build and manage automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make.com, etc.
• Work with APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve lead generation and GTM processes.
• Support technical requirements related to MERN / Full-Stack Development and internal tools.
Key Skills required
• Good technical understanding of Full-Stack Development / MERN.
• Understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of n8n, Zapier, Make.com or similar automation tools.
• Understanding of cold email tools, outreach, and email automation.
• Basic understanding of intent-based signals and lead-generation processes.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
• Strong willingness to learn new GTM, AI, and automation tools.
