Job Summary

.The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Co-founder’s office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, handling confidential information, and supporting decision-making processes.

Roles & responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel plans for the Co-founder
  • Optimize the Founder’s time by managing calendar, meetings, and internal/external communications.
  • Support brand positioning and promotional activities
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Serve as primary point of contact between founders and internal teams
  • Coordinate with external partners, clients, and stakeholders as needed
  • Facilitate effective information flow across departments
  • Key skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and AI tools
