A festive television film on regional news
Payments technology is sold to merchants, and merchants have a regional news channel on in the shop all day. The film used a festive visual idea shot in a market street, the kind of setting the audience recognises as their own, and ran in the daytime news band on Kannada television where that screen is already switched on. The brand mark held the corner throughout rather than arriving only at the end.
Buying the daypart when a shop television is actually on reaches merchants at their counter rather than at home in the evening. Shooting in a market street kept a technology brand inside the world of the people who use it.
Every placement shown was booked directly with the media owner and photographed on the ground by our team.
