A campaign we planned, booked and photographed for another advertiser in Hair Care, run by the same team and the same process you would work with.

Beco · FMCG & Personal Care

One campaign line rewritten for every city it ran in

Sustainability advertising usually lectures. This did the opposite: the same construction, the same layout, and a different local jibe in every market. Mumbai got the person who sets the air conditioner to sixteen degrees, Hyderabad got the one eating haleem with a plastic spoon, Delhi got its own version, each landing on a gantry or hoarding where the city’s own traffic is stuck long enough to read it. The brand line, break the cycle, stayed constant underneath.

What it delivered

Localising the joke rather than translating the copy is what makes a national campaign feel like it belongs on that road, and it is why this creative was read rather than skipped. Keeping one layout across markets meant the localisation cost almost nothing in production.

Format Gantries and hoardings
Markets Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad
Creative City-specific copy lines
Beco gantry in Hyderabad with the city-specific heat line above the traffic
Beco hoarding in Mumbai carrying the same layout with its own local copy line

Every placement shown was booked directly with the media owner and photographed on the ground by our team.

Television captured the highest share of the sector’s ad spend over the 12 months to September 2025, at 79.9% of estimated television, print and radio spend. Digital sits outside this split because TAM prices it on a different scale; it is reported by ad count instead.

Methodology & notes

Built from 18 industry-standard ad-monitoring and research sources. Every number here is a count of ads recorded: how many ads the brand ran and where they ran. We do not publish rupees, because the cost figures in the data are not comparable between TV, radio, print and online. City figures cover print, radio and outdoor, the media bought market by market.
