Spinoto · Automotive

A brand launch event for an on-demand mechanic app

A service app has nothing to show until someone uses it, so the launch had to create the first proof itself. We produced the brand launch event end to end: stage and backdrop branding carrying the fifteen-minute mechanic promise, the app walkthrough on screen, and photography of the founding team and partners on the day. The assets from the event then seeded the launch announcement across social and press outreach.

What it delivered

The event gave the launch a dated, photographed moment to point at, which is what press and social outreach need. Branding the backdrop rather than only the stage meant every photograph taken in the room carried the proposition, including the ones guests posted themselves.

Format Launch event and branding
Assets Stage, backdrop, photography
Proposition Mechanic in 15 minutes
Spinoto brand launch stage with the mechanic in fifteen minutes proposition on the backdrop
Team and partner photography from the Spinoto launch event

Every placement shown was booked directly with the media owner and photographed on the ground by our team.

The preferred medium

80.2% is print

Print captured the highest share of the sector’s ad spend over the 12 months to September 2025, at 80.2% of estimated television, print and radio spend. Digital sits outside this split because TAM prices it on a different scale; it is reported by ad count instead.

Television 18.5%
Radio 1.3%

A plan that skips print buys a smaller share of this category’s voice than the headline spend suggests.

Methodology & notes

Built from 18 industry-standard ad-monitoring and research sources. Every number here is a count of ads recorded: how many ads the brand ran and where they ran. We do not publish rupees, because the cost figures in the data are not comparable between TV, radio, print and online. City figures cover print, radio and outdoor, the media bought market by market.
