What you pay for
One question, and you do not need to know anything about outbound to answer it: how many emails do you want to send a month? Move the slider and it points at the plan that covers it. One price a month with everything in it, and no setup fee.
Everyone on your list gets one email and one follow up. So 50,000 emails reaches 25,000 people.

What it costs
We price it with you
Twenty minutes on a call, and you leave with a number.
In rupees, excluding tax. One price a month with everything in it: the contacts, the domains, the mailboxes, the warmup, the copy and the daily sending. No setup fee. Nothing billed later. No fee per reply, per meeting or per deal. Already hold the list? Tick the box above and the data comes out of the price. Plans run for ninety days at a time, and every account and domain is registered in your name. Refer someone who signs and your own subscription drops by 30% for as long as they stay with us. WhatsApp and LinkedIn we price with you on a call.
Three channels, one engine
Take one channel or all three. Each one is built in your name, run by our team. Email is priced below; WhatsApp and LinkedIn we price with you on a call.
Email outreach
Where most clients start. Cold email works when it reaches the inbox, and that is the part we handle, on Gmail, Outlook or Zoho.
- Warmup first
- New inboxes are warmed up slowly, so they earn trust before real sending starts.
- Built to reach the inbox
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist checks and sending limits, so you stay out of spam.
- We write and tune the copy
- We write it, set the order of the sequence, test it and keep adjusting.
- One inbox for every reply
- Replies from every mailbox land together, tracked against the sequence that sent them.

WhatsApp outreach
Buyers open WhatsApp far more than they open email. This puts you there, sending from your team's own numbers.

- A dedicated IP for each
- Every number sends on its own IP, so your messages keep getting through.
- Every conversation on one screen
- Campaigns, templates and follow ups in one dashboard, with replies flagged as they land.
- We run the sending
- Onboarding, sending, health checks and the message flow are our job, every day.

The plays behind the channels
Three channels is how the sending happens. What decides whether it works is who is on the list and why they are on it this week. These are the motions B2B teams are running now, and every one of them bolts onto an engine we already run for you.
A team that writes within 48 hours of a trigger books several times more meetings than one working a list that was built six months ago. Same data vendor, same copy, same sender. Only the timing changed. That is the whole argument for signals, and it is why the list should be rebuilt every week rather than bought once. Intent and signal data, a job move, a funding round, a hiring surge, an award, a competitor being dropped, is bought per campaign from whoever has the best coverage for your segment, and is charged separately from your plan.
Someone just changed jobs
A budget, and no incumbent vendor. We watch every buyer you have ever sold to for the move, and write inside the first fortnight.
Someone from that company read your website
We resolve anonymous traffic to company level, so the outreach can name the page they read.
One person, three channels, one sequence
Email, connection request and WhatsApp to one person, in an order that makes sense. One plan, not three agencies.
Ads pointed at the outbound list
The people you are emailing see your LinkedIn ads at the same time. Cold stops being cold.
Waterfall enrichment
One vendor finds half your list. We run them in sequence, and you pay only for what lands.
They just raised a round
A raise unlocks tooling budget inside ninety days. We reach the person who has to spend it.
More we run
Same engine, different trigger
They are hiring for the problem
Three job ads for the work your product does. They have the problem and the money.
They are researching your category
Intent data flags who is reading about your category, long before any form.
Your own dead leads, worked properly
Every enquiry you ever took, cleaned and followed up. The cheapest pipeline you own.
The delegate list of a show you skipped
The attendee list of the show you skipped, reached the week before it opens.
Deliverability rescue
Domains burnt and everything in spam. We rebuild the estate and get sending back.
Machine research, human copy
An opening line that could only have been written for them, signed off by a person.
Founder posts, then the sequence lands
Your founder posts to the same audience the engine writes to. It arrives into recognition.
They just made a fastest-growing list
The Inc and regional fast-growth lists drop on a schedule. A batch of companies that just proved they are scaling, written to while it is still news.
They run the tool you replace
Most software is bought to replace something. We flag the accounts already on a rival, so the pitch is a switch and not a cold introduction.
They just opened a second location
A new office means operations rebuilt from scratch locally. We reach the person setting it up, in the planning window before anyone has a shortlist.
Their contract is up for renewal
Buyers look at alternatives about ninety days before they re-sign. We time the first email to land inside that window, not after.
None of these is a separate product with its own setup fee. They are the reasons a name lands on your list, and they are agreed in the same call as the channel. If you want one that is not here, describe the moment you would want to know about, and we will tell you whether it can be watched.
Why outreach fails, and what we do instead
Cold outreach almost never fails on the copy. It fails on the plumbing. Fourteen years of selling media to Indian advertisers taught us where it breaks, and every rule below exists because we watched it go wrong.
90 to 100%
Inbox deliverability on our own sending. Every rule below exists to protect that number.
1,000+
Accounts in our warmup network, writing to each other and marking mail as important, so a new inbox earns trust before it sells anything.
14 years
Selling media to Indian advertisers, which is where the judgement behind these limits comes from.
Where it goes wrong
Too many mailboxes on one domain, so when one gets flagged the whole domain goes with it
What we do
We buy a maximum of four mailboxes per domain. If a domain ever takes a hit it costs you four inboxes, not forty, and the rest of your sending carries on untouched.
Where it goes wrong
Sending at a volume the provider itself will not tolerate
What we do
Each mailbox sends 20 to 30 messages a day, deliberately inside the sender limits Google, Outlook and Zoho set for their own accounts. We would rather send less and keep sending.
Where it goes wrong
Brand new inboxes go straight to spam because nobody has ever replied to them
What we do
Every account joins our warmup network of more than a thousand mailboxes that write to each other and mark the mail as important. By the time your first prospect is emailed, the inbox has a history. That is how we hold 90 to 100% deliverability.
Where it goes wrong
Authentication half set up, so mailbox providers cannot verify who is sending
What we do
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured properly on every domain we register for you, then monitored. Not a checkbox on day one, a setting we keep watching.
Where it goes wrong
WhatsApp numbers pushed hard and restricted within days
What we do
WhatsApp is the trickiest of the three channels and very few agencies in India run it at this scale. We buy a dedicated IP for every sender and cap each one at 20 messages a day, which is what keeps numbers alive when other people’s get banned.
Where it goes wrong
LinkedIn accounts run flat out until the profile is limited
What we do
Each account sits on its own IP and sends up to 500 messages, paced out rather than fired in a day, so the profile keeps looking like a person and not a tool.
Where it goes wrong
One generic dashboard, the same for every client
What we do
We build the dashboard and the automation around your volume and your quarterly plan. What you see, what gets flagged and what runs automatically is set up for the way your team actually works.
Case study, our own business
How we ran outbound on our own business before we sold it to anyone
The same WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn setup we now hand to clients was built to win our own business first. We treated ourselves as the toughest account we had, and here is exactly what happened.
20%
of the people we messaged on WhatsApp wrote back
20%
reply rate on LinkedIn, from people who ignore cold messages
2,500
inquiries from email in a single month
The background
Before we offered outbound as a service, we had a simple rule for ourselves. We would not pitch anything we had not already run on our own business first, so we pointed the entire engine at our own growth.
The goal was straightforward. Start real conversations with decision makers at companies we actually wanted to work with, and turn those conversations into inquiries our sales team could close. No theory, no vanity numbers, just replies from real people and meetings on the calendar.
What we were up against
Cold outreach is easy to get wrong. WhatsApp and LinkedIn both watch sending patterns closely, and a single account pushed too hard gets restricted fast. Email is even more unforgiving, because if your domains are not warmed and your list is not clean, you land in spam and never even get seen.
Most agencies run one or two accounts, burn them out, and call it a day.
We wanted volume without tripping any of those wires.
20%
replied, from 5,000 prospects across 20 connected accounts
We built a list of roughly 5,000 prospects and ran it across 20 connected WhatsApp accounts, so the sending stayed spread out and natural instead of hammering from one number. We paced every account, kept the messages personal, and let the conversations breathe.
The response surprised even us. One in five people we reached wrote back, and a good share of those turned into real discussions rather than polite brush-offs.
Twenty numbers, one inbox, replies flagged as they arrive.
20%
reply rate across 20 accounts, each on its own setup
We ran the same disciplined playbook on LinkedIn, again across 20 accounts, each on its own setup so nothing looked automated or spammy. Connection requests, a genuine follow up, and a reason for the person to reply.
It landed in the same place, from exactly the kind of senior people who normally ignore cold LinkedIn messages. The mix of channels mattered here. Someone who saw us on WhatsApp and then again on LinkedIn was far more likely to respond.
Invited, accepted, messaged, replied, tracked per account.
2,500
inquiries into our pipeline from email in one month
Email is where the scale really showed. We warmed our inboxes properly, cleaned every list before sending, and protected our deliverability so the mail actually reached the inbox instead of the spam folder. Then we let it run at volume.
The replies came back from teams at some of the biggest names in the market, the sort of names you do not expect to answer a cold email.
75 warmed mailboxes, every reply tied to the sequence that earned it.
The outcome
Put together, the three channels did exactly what we hoped. Real conversations with senior people, at a scale one salesperson could never reach by hand, and a steady flow of inquiries every week instead of a one time spike. We proved the engine on the hardest account we had, our own, before we ever offered it to a client.
We are not describing something we read about. We are describing something we run every single day.
The dashboards above are ours, and the replies come in live.
How our fee compares
What other B2B lead generation agencies charge a month for the same work. Most also mark up the data, and some add a fee for every meeting booked.

$5,000 to $15,000 a month.

$4,000 to $10,000 a month.

$5,000 to $8,000 a month, and ₹23,85,000 and up for enterprise.

A $3,000 retainer, or ₹19,000 to ₹48,000 for every meeting booked.
Salary, tools, data and a manager's time, before a single mailbox is warmed. Three months to hire and ramp, and it all walks out if they leave.
Usually a ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 implementation fee, and no dashboard to track it.

Frequently asked questions
01What is the Outbound GTM Engine?
A done for you outbound lead generation service. You pick the channels, we build the accounts and dashboards in your name, load verified data and run the daily sending on WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn. Every reply comes straight to your team.
02How much does cold email cost?
Three plans, one price a month, everything inside it. Growth reaches 25,000 people a month for ₹1,50,000. Pro reaches 50,000 for ₹2,50,000. Enterprise reaches 1,00,000 for ₹4,50,000. Contact data, domains, mailboxes, warmup, copy and the daily sending are all included, there is no setup fee and nothing is billed separately afterwards. Plans run on a ninety day minimum. WhatsApp and LinkedIn are priced on a call.
03Do I own the accounts, domains and contacts?
Yes. Every mailbox, domain, WhatsApp number, LinkedIn account and contact record is in your name and can be exported at any time. We only run them for you.
04How many replies can I expect from cold email?
At the current 1% benchmark, 45,000 verified contacts a month brings roughly 450 replies. Replies are counted per contact, not per email. Your offer, list and market move that number, and it is not a guarantee.
05Can I bring my own contact list?
Yes. Tell us on the call and we price the plan without the data in it. Your list is verified and cleaned before anything sends, so dead and risky addresses never touch your domains.
06How do you keep cold email out of spam?
Slow warmup before real sending, SPF, DKIM and DMARC set correctly, blacklist checks, 30 sends a day per mailbox, and mailboxes spread three or four to a domain.
07How many WhatsApp or LinkedIn accounts can I connect?
Up to 30 numbers or accounts per channel, each on its own dedicated IP. Beyond 30 we agree a plan with you. WhatsApp and LinkedIn also set their own limits, so we pace the sending to keep accounts safe.
08Is this pay per meeting or performance based?
No. It is a managed service on a flat monthly price. We are not paid per reply, per meeting or per deal, and nothing we buy on your behalf carries a markup.
09How many cold emails can I send a day from one mailbox?
20 to 30 messages a day per mailbox, and never more than four mailboxes on one domain. That is deliberately inside the sender limits Google, Outlook and Zoho set for their own accounts. Pushing past it is the fastest way to lose a domain.
10What deliverability do you get on cold email?
90 to 100% inbox placement on our own sending. It comes from warmup rather than tricks: every account joins a network of more than a thousand mailboxes that write to each other and mark the mail as important, so the inbox has a real history before it emails a prospect. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set on every domain and monitored after.
11How many WhatsApp messages can I send without getting the number banned?
We cap each sender at 20 messages a day and give every number its own dedicated IP. WhatsApp is the trickiest of the three channels and very few agencies in India run it at this scale, which is why our numbers stay alive when other people’s get restricted. On LinkedIn each account sends up to 500 messages, paced out rather than fired in a day.
12Which email providers do you support?
Gmail, Outlook or Zoho. The mailboxes sit inside your plan price either way, so the choice is yours and it does not move the bill. WhatsApp and LinkedIn run on your own numbers and your team's own profiles.
13Who writes the outreach copy?
We do. We write the copy, set the sequence order, test it and keep adjusting. Once a prospect replies, the conversation is yours to carry forward.
14How long before I see the first reply?
Two to three weeks before the first send, because new domains have to warm up before they can be trusted with real mail. Replies usually start in the first fortnight of live sending, so plan on four to six weeks from signing to the first conversation. Anyone promising replies in week one is sending from infrastructure that will not survive the quarter.
15What happens in the first thirty days?
Week one we agree the ideal customer, buy the domains and build the mailboxes. Weeks two and three the mailboxes warm while we write the sequences and build the list. Week four the sending starts, at reduced volume, and climbs from there. You get the dashboard on day one and can watch every step of it.
16Is there a minimum contract?
Ninety days. It is not a lock in tactic: we buy your domains and mailboxes upfront and they take three weeks to warm, so a thirty day contract would mean billing you for a month of warmup and then stopping. After the first ninety days it runs month to month.
17Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, month to month once the first ninety days are done. Tell us before the next billing date. If you pause, we keep the domains warm for a month at no charge so you are not starting from zero when you come back.
18What do you need from me to start?
Who you sell to, what you sell, and one person who can answer replies within a day or two. That is genuinely it. We buy the domains, build the mailboxes, write the copy and source the list. WhatsApp and LinkedIn also need your own numbers and your team's profiles.
19Do you guarantee meetings or replies?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We guarantee the volume in your plan: the emails go out, to verified people, on infrastructure we keep healthy. How many of them reply depends on your offer and your market, and we do not control either. What we will do is tell you early if the offer is the problem.
20What happens when my list runs out?
Growth contacts 25,000 new people a month, which is three lakh a year, and plenty of markets in India are smaller than that. When the list thins we either widen the audience, a new geography or a new job title, or we re-run the same audience with a different angle at a lower monthly price. We tell you which is coming before it happens.
21Who handles the replies?
You do. Replies land in your inbox and your dashboard, and the conversation is yours from that point. We flag them, sort them and keep the sequence from chasing someone who has already answered. We do not pretend to be your sales team on a live call.
22Can you write in languages other than English?
Yes. Hindi and English are the ones we run most, and we have written campaigns in Gujarati, Marathi and Tamil. Regional language works best on WhatsApp; cold email in India still performs better in English for most business audiences.
23Is cold outreach legal in India?
Business to business cold email is legal in India, and legal under CAN-SPAM in the United States and GDPR in Europe on a legitimate interest basis, provided every message says who is writing and offers a real way to opt out. Ours do. WhatsApp is stricter: promotional messages there need consent, which is why we use it to follow up people who already engaged rather than as a cold channel.
24What if a domain gets blacklisted?
We replace it. Domains are cheap, your reputation is not, so a domain showing trouble comes out of rotation rather than being nursed. This is one reason we send across many domains instead of a few: losing one is a bad afternoon, not a bad quarter. Your main company domain never sends cold mail, so it is never at risk.
25Do you have a referral scheme?
Yes. Refer someone who signs up and your own subscription drops by 30% for as long as they stay a client. It is not a one off credit and there is no cap on how many you refer, though the discount stops at 30% however many that is. Most of our work arrives this way, which is why the discount is worth more to us than an ad budget.
26Can I see what is happening while it runs?
Yes. You get a dashboard with every campaign, every mailbox, what sent, what landed, what bounced and every reply, live. Monthly we send a written read of what is working and what we are changing. Nothing about the sending is hidden from you.
